Dr. Wing grew up in the Hudson Valley Region of New York. She now lives and works in Sharon, CT with her husband and her dog, Ladybug.
Dr. Elizabeth Wing holds a Bachelors degree from Fordham University and a doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, a CNME-accredited institution, where she trained as a primary care doctor. She is also trained in Biofeedback, a practice within mind-body medicine that helps patients manage myriad things from stress to chronic pain. Dr. Wing completed a CNME-sponsored Naturopathic Residency with Dr. Rian Shah at Cascade Integrative Medicine in Issaquah, WA. She has advanced training in Constitutional Hydrotherapy, Homeopathic Detox & Drainage (including UNDAs, PEKANAS, & Gemmotherapy), a physical medicine technique called Biocranial Dural Attachment Therapy, and Nasal Release Technique (Binasal Specific).
Dr. Wing focuses on inclusivity and respects individuality when interacting with patients. Her goal is to build resilience in her patients and to empower them through patient-education to encourage active participation in cultivating their own health. She utilizes an integrative and evidenced-based approach to healing when creating treatment plans.
