Online Appointment Requests (Returning Patients Only)

Optimantra Patient Portal
After you book your first appointment with us you will be invited (via email) to join our online patient portal system: Optimantra. With Optimantra, you can upload labs, imaging results, or medical records directly into your chart, engage in HIPAA-compliant portal messaging, and view documents that have been shared with you by your provider.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment. A $50 fee will be applied for late cancellations or “no shows.”

Insurance/Payment
Violet Hill Naturopathic Clinic does not contract with any insurance plans. Upon request, Dr. Wing can provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement. Reimbursement from your insurance provider is dependent on your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
Payment for services is due in full on the day of your appointment.
